Alice is a visionary business leader with 30+ years of experience in customer success, employee engagement, and workplace culture transformation. With an unbridled passion for helping others thrive, she partners with organizations to cultivate people-first, purpose-driven cultures that drive engagement, innovation, and lasting business impact.

As founder and CEO of The Culture Impact Group, Alice helps organizations close the gap between current and aspirational culture through her Culture Impact Framework™, guiding leaders to unlock the potential of their people and create environments where teams flourish.

She has spent decades leading Customer Success (CS) and Customer Experience (CE) teams, partnering with some of the world’s most respected companies — including IBM, GE, NBCUniversal, P&G, Citigroup, Intuit, PepsiCo, and Merck. Beyond driving business outcomes, she has collaborated to shape positive workplace cultures while delivering exceptional CS and CE. Known for her hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and deep commitment to trust, Alice's work has helped set benchmarks in recognition, engagement, and culture strategy.

Before founding her own practice, Alice spent nearly 20 years at Workhuman, helping scale the company from startup to $1B unicorn. In senior leadership roles—including Director of Customer Success and VP of Customer Advocacy & Engagement—she designed industry-leading programs, built high-impact ambassador networks, and drove global adoption of recognition and culture solutions that embedded “moments that matter” into the customer experience.
